What is the Midea PortaSplit?

The PortaSplit is a mobile split air conditioner with separate indoor and outdoor units. It combines the flexibility of a mobile device with the advantages of a split solution.

What functions does the PortaSplit offer?

The device can cool, heat, dehumidify, and ventilate the room air. The available modes and settings can be controlled via the device, remote control, or app, depending on the version.

What room size is the device suitable for?

According to the manufacturer, the PortaSplit is designed for rooms up to approximately 42 m² or 105 m³. Actual performance depends, among other things, on insulation, room height, sun exposure, and outside temperature.

Does it require drilling for installation?

For typical use, permanent wall mounting is not required. The outdoor unit is securely positioned on the window with the provided bracket. Please always observe the manufacturer's installation and safety instructions.

Does the PortaSplit fit every window?

Suitability depends on the window type, windowsill, opening direction, and structural conditions. Additional accessories may be required for special installation situations. Please check the dimensions and installation instructions before ordering.

How loud is the PortaSplit?

The manufacturer states a sound pressure level of 39 dB(A) in Silent mode under defined measurement conditions. At higher performance or in Turbo mode, the device may be more audible.

Can the PortaSplit also heat?

Yes. In addition to the cooling function, the PortaSplit has a heat pump function and can therefore also be used for heating.

Is app control possible?

Yes. Depending on the model and configuration, the PortaSplit can be controlled via the compatible SmartHome app. Further information can be found in the operating manual.

What is included in the delivery?

The scope of delivery includes the indoor and outdoor units, as well as the accessories provided for standard installation. The exact scope of delivery is listed in the product description and in the manufacturer's documents.

How long does delivery take?

Due to the current high demand and order volume, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

What are the shipping costs?

The currently valid shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €55.

Can I still cancel my order?

A cancellation is possible within one hour after the order, provided that processing or shipping has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible by email.

How do returns work?

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. We charge €7.99 for DHL returns. Further conditions and exceptions can be found in our cancellation policy.

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

Document visible damage as directly as possible upon delivery and send us photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product. This way, we can quickly review your case and arrange a suitable solution.

What warranty applies?

The statutory warranty rights apply. Please keep your invoice and the device's serial number carefully for any potential service requests.
