Due to the current high volume of orders, the estimated delivery time is currently 7–10 days. We process all orders in the order in which they are received.

For orders over €55, we deliver within Germany for free. For orders below this value, we charge €3.99 shipping costs.

Shipping with DHL

Your order will be securely packed and shipped with DHL. After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Handover to DHL

As soon as your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery

You can check the current status of your delivery at any time via tracking.

Important Delivery Information

Tracking

After your order has been handed over to DHL, we will send you the tracking number by email. It may take a few hours for the shipping status to be updated by DHL for the first time.

Please Check Delivery Address

Before completing your order, please carefully check whether the name, house number, postal code, and city have been entered correctly. Changes may no longer be possible once processing has begun.

Delays with the Shipping Service Provider

After the package has been handed over, individual delays may occur due to DHL, high package volumes, holidays, or unforeseen events. We have no direct influence on these processes.

Damaged Delivery

If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please document the condition as soon as possible. Then send us photos of the packaging, the shipping label, and the product to support@midea-portasplit.de .

Package Not Received

If tracking shows a delivery, but you have not received the package, please first check the delivery location as well as possible neighbors or household members. Then contact us so that we can check the shipping status.

Cancellation of an Order

A cancellation is possible within one hour of placing the order, provided that processing or shipping has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible for this.

All stated delivery times are estimated and may change in individual cases. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
